The Arenal Volcano National Park is one of the most visited places in Central America. The trails in the Arenal National Park are generally flat and not very strenuous, perfect for a relaxed and informative walk with professional nature guides.
We’ll start your tour by picking you up at one of the local hotels in the La Fortuna area and taking you to the entrance of the Arenal National Park.
At the park facilities you can read all about the history of the area and the last major eruption that occurred in 1968. Then the guide will lead you along well maintained easy trails that line the base of the Arenal Volcano and Lake Arenal. This walking tour will consume approximately four hours of your day including the shuttle pickup and drop-off.
